In order to better maintain the operational performance of press rivet nuts, pull rivet nuts, and press rivet screw fasteners, it is necessary to frequently clean and protect the fasteners. What cleaning agents are available for press rivet nuts, pull rivet nuts, and press rivet screw fasteners? What is a good fastener cleaner? Regarding similar issues, four commonly used cleaning agents for firmware are specifically introduced.
1、 Soluble emulsified cleaning agent
Soluble emulsifiers generally consist of emulsifiers, soil, solvents, cleaning agents, corrosion inhibitors, and a small amount of water. The function of water is to dissolve the emulsifier, which dissolves the dirt on the surface of the fastener and leaves a layer of antirust film on the surface of the fastener. Emulsion cleaning agent is a concentrated pure oil product that becomes a white emulsion liquid after being diluted in water. The emulsifiers and detergents in between can grasp the grease particles and dissolve them into cleaning agents containing solvents and oils.
2、 Alkaline cleaning agent
Alkaline cleaning agent is made by mixing detergent and alkaline earth metal salt of surfactant, and is a widely used cleaning agent. The PH value of the cleaning agent is required to be around 7. The cleaning ingredients of such cleaning agents are hydroxide, silicate, carbonate, phosphate, borate, and organic chelates. 3、 Detergent
Decontamination cleaning agents primarily contain solvents, surfactants, and water. Unlike emulsified cleaning agents, it is a pure solution, not an emulsion. It is primarily used for protective cleaning of the outer packaging of equipment and fasteners.
4、 Composition cleaning agent
Composition cleaning agent is also an alkaline cleaning agent, which differs from standard alkaline cleaning agents in terms of chemical composition. Standard alkaline cleaning agents are essentially inorganic, while composition agents are organic agents containing amine based substances. Standard alkaline cleaning agents are used to remove alkaline residues from single stage cleaning, and are still good rust inhibitors. Compositional cleaning agents are used for moderately difficult cleaning, such as quenching oil or quenching polymer solutions used to clean fastener surfaces.
