If the iron precision screw is wet, or soaked in liquid, or wet, etc., it is very likely to rust. So how to deal with moisture-proof and moisture-proof precision screws? The following is a brief introduction to the method:
Precision Screws
(1) Use solvent-free paint as far as possible for vibration machinery.
(2) Use impregnating paints that do not contain oxidative components, such as epoxy-urethane (Epoxy-urethane)-based or unmodified epoxy (Epoxy-)-based impregnating paints.
(3) When using melamine alkyd impregnating paint, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature should be slightly higher than 130 °C (such as 135 °C) and the curing time should be more than 180min. The process should be strictly implemented, especially in high temperature and humidity. Season, because from the perspective of rust prevention, the paint drying (curing) time specified in the paint factory's samples is not necessarily sufficient, and the motor has a specific inner shape.
(4) Use paints that do not contain volatile acids.
(5) Choose paint with good hydrolysis resistance.
