First of all, the surface rust of high-strength nuts is washed away. Later, in the gradual degreasing process, it is necessary to thoroughly infiltrate the high-strength nut product workpiece into the degreasing saturated solution; The pH value of degreasing solution concentration value is between 12 and 14, and the immersion time of degreasing solution is generally 10 to 30 minutes. In the process of degreasing, it is necessary to carry out a left and right vibration every three to five minutes, and then repeat several times to move to the next step. Here it should be very clear that if the liquid concentration value is less than 12 PH, it must be filled with degreased powder.

The next step is to achieve a simple water cleaning process. After cleaning the surface of chemical materials, it is necessary to gradually acid wash. Pickling must be done with a saturated solution with a pH between 2 and 4. The pickling process must take five to ten minutes. After that, clean up the chemicals.
When this processing process is completed, the high-strength nuts gradually turn black. In the black pool, pour chemicals with pH value of 2.5 to 3.5 to soak high-strength nuts. Soak the dried fruit and then clean it for ten to twelve minutes. Finally, the blackening process can be carried out after the cylinder is used for drying and oiling before drying.
